Since a young age, Kara Maslyn has been interested in three things: science, animals, and helping others. She combined her interests in a unique way and thus created Golden Paws Energy LLC in 2019. Kara earned her Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences and her Masters of Science in Microbiology and is still very much a scientist. Kara has worked in the veterinary field doing everything from reception or volunteering in animal shelters to working in a veterinary diagnostic laboratory, research, and being a veterinary assistant. In addition, she has been Reiki trained and happily provided energy sessions for friends and family, human or otherwise, since 2014 .
